Food Safety Training Seminar
On 30th April, Anqing Foreign Language School held a campus food safety training seminar, inviting Wang Huan, Chief of the Catering Service Supervision Section of the Anqing Market Supervision Bureau, to interpret the risk points of campus food safety.
To be specific, the seminar was attended by Vice Principal Lu Dan, Director Xu Hong of the Catering Department and all the canteen staff. Initially, Wang Huan put forward operational guidance on key contents such as hot food safety incidents, high-risk hidden dangers, and pest control points, requesting the canteen staff to clarify their responsibilities in food safety, understand relevant systems and operational processes, and strictly implement them. Furthermore, canteen management personnel should reinforce the supervision of food procurement, storage, processing, sample retention and other links to ensure food quality, safety and reliability. Last but not the least, Wang Huan required all the canteen staff to strictly follow the relevant norms of food safety to ensure food safety of teachers and students.
To conclude, our school has always attached great significance to campus food safety. Therefore, it is hoped that through this seminar, the food safety awareness of the canteen staff can be further enhanced and a safe and healthy campus food environment can be jointly created in the meantime.
